My Process

1. Restore

I find the root cause of the problem oppose to treating the symptoms. I spend time learning how the body responds to the treatment plan and the best course of treatment.

2. Rebuild

The body is creative at compensating to avoid pain. This can create bad habits. Here we focus on removing your pain and restoring the optimal mechanics of your body.

3. Return

Once we have a great foundation, it’s time to rebuild your tissue. By strengthening and reinforcing proper body mechanics to ensure the pain never returns.

I don’t even know where to begin, this was my third go with physical therapy in the last year. Nothing was working at the other places and I knew I had to try something different. Within one visit I knew this was going to be different, it wasn’t the standard this is what we do, this is what you need to do. Dr. Tyler Kinch explained what was going on and how we needed to change what I was doing in order to get back to running and not being in pain after a long run. Since I’ve been coming to Dr. Tyler my pain has gone away and we are continuing to make strides in training and strength. This is one of the best decisions I have made, if you have tried many different things or places to try and get yourself figured out. You need to give Dr. Tyler a chance. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Dr Tyler did a great job of helping me work through a pretty bad knee sprain. He tailored my plan to the specifics of my injury and an in depth assessment on my first visit. He also took into consideration the training I wanted to get back to and gave me exercises to help with the healing as well as strength and mobility. I credit a quick recovery and return to training to Dr Tyler, and can attest to the stark (positive) difference versus the larger PT practices in town.

He is an incredible PT. He addressed each of my concerns, explained clearly what was happening with my body and how certain exercises would help to initially address the issues. He also provided information and support for me to develop habits (for me it was doing yoga) to continue to stretch and strengthen these areas so I could make long term differences. Previous PT's provided only initial support and chiropractic briefly relieved pain but had no long term effect. I recommend him to my family and friends!

As a personal trainer my ability to move is a foundation of my job. Having an injury is not only terrible, it affects how I perform overall in my profession. After seeing 4 physical therapists and a year of on again off again pain and swelling in my knee, I am finally coming back! Not only is it better, I feel stronger than I did before and I understand and can practice what to do to make my joints stay strong. After delaying for the last 18 months I am finally ready to starting training for my first Olympic Tri! A goal I thought was not possible just a few short months ago. Thank you!

I highly recommend Tyler! He is super knowledgeable and very detailed with his work. I have cerebral Palsy on my left side. He helped me improve my mobility and strength in our 1st meeting. He helped me fix my pain and understand where it was coming from. He's also taught me a ton of new simple exercises to help maintain the longevity of my body. Tyler is knowledgeable, a great problem solver and quite generous with his time. He has a large toolbox of techniques, and really works with you to pick the right "tool" for your needs. Tyler's office is so convenient in downtown. It was so helpful to be able to walk from the hotel just minutes away.

My husband got fixed up pretty good after throwing his back out! Cupping skills were on point. Great environment and tons of good information to take home.
