Do you play Golf, Pickleball, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Hockey, Frisbee Golf? Rotation is such an amazing motion and requires many moving parts throughout the body to accomplish the task at hand. I specialize in golf but bring what I know about rotation to all sports that involve this motion.
